Whether you're hunting for your next role, looking to land more freelance work, returning after a career break or simply feeling a bit lost in your career, sometimes a fresh perspective is all it takes to get things moving again.

That's where I come in. I've spent over 20 years working in creative recruitment, getting to know thousands of talented people and the people who hire them. From designers and strategists to Creative Directors and agency founders, I've seen the industry from both sides of the interview table.

I know what makes someone stand out, what employers are really looking for and, just as importantly, the little things that might be getting in your way. Now I'm putting all that experience to work for you.
