Born into a family immersed in the advertising industry, I developed a passion for the commercial creative world from an early age.

After working in TV and film production, followed by casting, I eventually channelled my people-matching skills into recruitment in the mid-2000s — and never looked back. Several million years later, I’m proud to have been running my own company for over a decade, specialising in both freelance and permanent recruitment across the creative industry.

Permanent Roles

I’ve always loved building long-term relationships and supporting people as they progress from Junior to Director level. Over the years, I’ve partnered with both candidates and clients through every stage of their careers, often seeing candidates become clients — and vice versa. The trust, loyalty and longevity of those relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Freelance Roles

I also thrive on the fast-paced nature of freelance recruitment and love the challenge of matching exceptional freelance talent to urgent briefs at speed. Whether it’s a last-minute cover, a specialist requirement, or scaling teams quickly during busy periods, I genuinely enjoy making the right connection exactly when it’s needed most.
