FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF PERMANENT RECRUITMENT
Born into a family immersed in the advertising industry, I developed a passion for the commercial creative world from a young age! After working in TV and film production, and then casting, I diversified my matching skills and sold my soul into recruitment in the mid-2000s. Now, several million years later, I am delighted to have been running my own company for over a decade.
One of the greatest joys my job has provided, is that I’ve now partnered with people throughout their career from Junior to Director level. Also, that switch between candidates becoming clients, and visa-versa, is always fun! It’s so satisfying to look back at the longevity of these relationships and the mutual trust that has developed with people over the years.

I leverage my background in fashion, interiors, and design to connect the best creative talent with exciting opportunities! With experience in buying and account management, I blend creativity and strategy in everything I do, always focusing on building meaningful connections between clients and freelancers. As a true people person, I genuinely enjoy talking to others and discovering how I can help them thrive. I’m also proud to work in a lady-led business, championing creativity and collaboration.
When I'm not matching creative minds, you can find me exploring new places with my dog Fuji, sipping on whiskey sours, or indulging in my rather questionable love of reality TV. I love traveling, eating new food, and discovering new destinations—any type of holiday, I’m in! I’m obsessed with Japan, sequins, disco balls, pizza, fashion, and all things pandas!
