We’re seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and execution across all brand touchpoints for our diverse portfolio of FMCG products. You will inspire and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, ensuring every campaign is not just beautiful and memorable—but also effective, strategic, and consumer-centric.

 
 

Requirements

  • 8+ years of creative experience in a fast-paced consumer brand or agency environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and best-in-class creative execution across campaigns and channels.

  • Deep understanding of the FMCG landscape and consumer behavior.

  • Experience working on packaging design and retail environments is essential.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects across different brands.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Define and drive the overarching creative vision for all FMCG brands in our portfolio.

  • Translate brand strategies into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts.

  • Lead ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, packaging, OOH, and experiential.

  • Elevate creative output to deliver world-class, award-winning work.

Team & Culture

  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house creative team and freelance talent.

  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, risk-taking, and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Product Development, and external agencies.

Brand Stewardship

  • Champion brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints—visual identity, tone of voice, storytelling, and packaging.

  • Ensure alignment of creative work with business goals and consumer insights.

  • Partner with Insights and Strategy teams to interpret trends, data, and consumer behavior into actionable creative ideas.

Executional Excellence

  • Oversee the creative development process from concept through production.

  • Provide clear, inspiring feedback and approvals across design, photography, video, and copy.

  • Manage creative timelines, workflows, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and producers.
